You are solely responsible for your content and confirm that you have all necessary rights to upload and monetize it. Clifbook does not claim ownership of user content.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree not to post, upload, or share content that is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or infringing on the rights of others.

You must not engage in harassment, impersonation, scams, manipulation of engagement metrics, or any activity that disrupts or harms the platform or other users.

Clifbook reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access at its sole discretion if these Terms are violated.

Monetization and Earnings

Clifbook allows eligible users to monetize their content and receive tips from other users. Earnings may be subject to platform fees, transaction charges, and applicable taxes.

Intellectual Property

The Clifbook name, logo, design, software, and all platform-related materials are the intellectual property of Clifbook and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or exploited without prior written consent.

Account Suspension and Termination
